VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) _ Great Panther Silver Ltd. (GPL) on Wednesday reported a loss of $6.1 million in its third quarter.

The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said it had a loss of 2 cents per share.

The silver mining company posted revenue of $71 million in the period.

The company's shares closed at 60 cents. A year ago, they were trading at 69 cents.
