Frasers Property to redeem $600 mil perpetual securities under $5 bil multicurrency debt issuance programme

The redemption will take place on April 11, its first call date.

Frasers Property will be redeeming $600 million fixed rate subordinated perpetual securities on April 11, which is the first call date.

The group will redeem $250,000 for every $250,000 in nominal amount of the perpetual securities together with any distributions including arrears on April 11.

Investors holding the perpetual securities may present their global certificates to Frasers Property Tq5 at #02-01 Millennia Tower.

The fixed rate subordinated perpetual securities were issued under Frasers Property’s $5 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme.

Shares in Frasers Property closed 0.5 cents lower or 0.6% down at 83.5 cents on March 8.
