Frasers Property appoints Vicki Ng as group head of people

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Frasers Property announced the appointment of Vicki Ng as its group head of people on Aug 29, based in Singapore. Ng reports directly to group CEO Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi.

“Real estate is inherently a people business, and we are all about inspiring experiences by creating places for good that require our employees to deliver. We look forward to having Ng evolve our people development strategy,” said Sirivadhanabhakdi.

Ng will be leading the development people strategy and overseeing all aspects of human capital, global recruiting, talent retention, as well as rewards and organisational effectiveness. She will also be working closely with the group management team and HR leaders across business units.

“I see a huge opportunity to shape a growth-minded and aligned workforce that will translate to greater employee experiences and customer success,” said Ng.

Ng has over two decades of experience leading HR teams in sectors such as real estate, REITs, finance and oil & gas. She aims to incorporate data analytics with qualitative insights to enhance overall employee experience by focusing on people-centric outcomes at Frasers Property.
