Emma Watson's latest look is made from recycled wedding dresses

At last night's Earthshot Prize ceremony, celebrity attendees opted for more sustainable takes on their regular black-tie looks to tie in with the event's 'green carpet' theme. Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge (AKA Kate Middleton) opted to re-wear one of her most iconic Alexander McQueen dresses - much to our delight, might I add - while Emma Watson arrived wearing a glorious upcycle look, designed by Harris Reed.

The custom dress features asymmetrical lace detailing around the décolletage, which then puffs out into an incred, voluminous tulle skirt that is shorter at the front, revealing Emma's wide-leg black trousers, and longer at the back.

Speaking of the reverse, we are obsessed with the show-stopping backless design:

Our favourite detail though is the materials. Yup, it turns out the gown is actually made from wedding dresses previously donated to Oxfam. Verrry cool.

Emma finished the look with a perfectly tousled side part bob, fresh white nail polish and jewellery from the designer's Missoma collab:

Reed took to Instagram to share how grateful they were to design the unique dress for Emma:

"I had the immense honour to dress@emmawatson in customised head to toe Harris Reed for tonight’s Earthshot Prize."

"Emma wears full Up-cycled Demi- Couture gown from my collection FOUND using old wedding dresses from @oxfamgb with classic H- flares all topped off with the divine #harrisreedxmissoma earrings, rings and bracelets! A massive massive thank you to @rebeccajbean for working night after night on this stunning piece, @phoebebluecobb for helping make it all come true!!! Endlessly grateful to be be able to have"
