Condos that come with sky high facilities

By Romesh Navaratnarajah: True to its name, the Skies Miltonia condominium offers views of the sky and the surrounding lush landscape from its units, according to a release carried on AsiaOne.

The views are what makes this development unique, especially for residents working out at the sky gym, believed to be one of a few in Singapore. The gym is accessed through a bubble lift that also offers stunning views.

Units are oriented in a North-South direction and come with glass parapets and high floor-to-ceiling windows that allow residents to enjoy the views, particularly of the Lower Seletar Reservoir and golf courses at the Orchid Country and Seletar Country clubs.

Skies Miltonia is also within close proximity to Seletar Aerospace Park, MRT stations, schools and the Northpoint Shopping Centre.

Meanwhile, Hamilton Scotts (pictured) along Scotts Road, a new high-end condo development by Hayden Properties, comprises sky garages where residents can park their cars right beside their living room.

The sky garages are serviced by a car lift that comes with a biometric scanner that can automatically detect the owner's apartment. From there, the car will be transferred from the glass lift to the sky garage, separated from the living room by a glass window. As for the owners, they have to take another lift to their apartments.

The 30-storey development features a total of 56 units, with prices ranging from S$11 million to S$29 million. Around a third of the units have been sold.
