Condo prices in central region jump by 0.7% in July

While prices in non-central didn’t fare too well.

Prices of non-landed residential units in Singapore’s central region has been slowly trending upward as it inched higher by 0.7% last month, following a 0.9% growth in June.

According to the National University of Singapore (NUS) Singapore Residential Price Index Series (SRPI), overall condo prices grew by 0.2%.

However, prices in the non-central region wasn’t on a rising trend, as it dropped by 0.2% in July.

Meanwhile, prices of small units remained unchanged.
