• Oracle Corporation’s ORCL shares fell 3.8% after projecting fiscal third quarter adjusted earnings per share in the range of $0.68-$0.70, with the high-end of the guidance below the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.72

• Shares of Global Blood Therapeutics Inc. GBT declined 8% after announcing a $100 million common stock public offering
