Coldwell Banker grows to 11 franchisees in Singapore

Coldwell Banker recently signed seven new franchisees in Singapore. American real estate franchise Coldwell Banker recently signed seven new franchisees in Singapore, adding to its existing stable of four.
All the 11 franchisees here comprise established property agencies with a total of 66 salespersons.
In a statement, Coldwell Banker said it aims to help small-scale and growing real estate agencies form a bigger entity to boost business.
In Singapore, Coldwell Banker operates under Northstar, the same group as ERA Realty Network. As such, franchisees will be able to tap on the resources and technology of both firms to stay ahead of the competition.
For instance, the partnership will create more project marketing opportunities. Franchisees will be able to market overseas properties under Coldwell Banker’s network in China, India, Indonesia and Thailand.
They will also receive other support such as property insights, training sessions and IT solutions.
Founded in 1906, Coldwell Banker is the oldest real estate brand and franchisor in the US. It has 3,000 independently owned offices in 49 countries and territories, as well as 85,000 sales professionals.
