Cityneon Holdings Acquires Full Global Rights To Jurassic World Exhibition

Cityneon Holdings (Cityneon) has entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire 100 percent of JP Exhibitions for US$25 million ($33.8 million).

This acquisition will allow Cityneon to make full use of the intellectual property rights in partnership with global movie titan, Universal Studios.

Jurassic World — The Exhibition is Cityneon’s third intellectual property acquisition and association with a blockbuster movie franchise after Disney’s Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. and Hasbro’s Transformers Autobot Alliance.

Since its launch in 2016, the exhibition has experienced much success, having seen about 850,000 visitors in barely a year.
