Chip Eng Seng wins a $165 million HDB Contract

Soilbuild Construction secures $47.6 million contract

Chip Eng Seng Corporation Limited announced that it has secured a $165 million contract from HDB. This is to build 8 residential blocks of 1,220 units in Sembawang, Singapore. The contract will be carried out over 36 months and expected completion is 2Q 2017. Chip Eng Seng is currently involved in building 6 other contracts from HDB. With this contract win, Chip Eng Seng’s orderbook now stands at $618 million.

GET TO THE POINT : Always good to add to the orderbook. Looks like Chip Eng Seng is doing good business with HDB.
