NEW YORK, Sept 11 (Reuters) - Chinese electric vehicle start-up NIO Inc priced at $6.25 per share in its initial public offering on the New York stock exchange on Tuesday, at the bottom of its targeted price range, a person familiar with the matter said.
The IPO valued NIO at around $6.4 billion.
