CBL Properties Declares Second Quarter Common Stock Dividend

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., May 08, 2024--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CBL Properties (NYSE:CBL) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.40 per common share for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. The dividend, which equates to an annual dividend payment of $1.60 per common share, is payable on June 28, 2024, to shareholders of record as of June 13, 2024.
