Boustead proposes to demerge Real Estate Solutions business

Boustead proposes to demerge Real Estate Solutions business

Boustead Singapore Limited announced that it is considering demerging its real estate solutions business. It will then distribute the shares in the demerged company in specie to shareholders in Boustead. The shares will then be listed on SGX Mainboard by way of an introduction. This proposal is still under consideration and SGX proposal still needs to be sought.

GET TO THE POINT : Good to unlock value for shareholders. The benefit of this proposal is that it allows shareholders the choice of investing in two more focused listed companies.
