Boustead to design and build Training Centre for Airbus

Boustead has a good 2Q

Boustead Singapore Limited announced that it has been awarded a contract to design and build the Airbus Asia Training Centre. This is a state-of-the-art 2 floor facility with two wings of flight simulator halls which can house up to 10 full-flight simulators. It will be located in the Seletar Aerospace Park in Singapore. This is the 15th aerospace related project undertaken by Boustead and the 7th in Seletar Aerospace Park. Airbus is also a repeat customer. Boustead had previously completed the Satair Airbus Singapore Centre for Airbus. This latest contract win puts Boustead’s order book at over $315 million.

GET TO THE POINT : Good to see Boustead keep up its momentum. This kind of design and build expertise for specialised facilities as well as their track record are rather difficult to replicate for its competitors.
