Bina Darulaman’s Langkawi Projects To Have GDV Of RM1.5 Billion
Bina Darulaman‘s four projects on Langkawi over the next five to seven years will have an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM1.5 billion.
The projects include a mixed property development in Pekan Kuah, an Eco Tourism Project and upgrading of the Kuah jetty. A joint venture (JV) will be formed with the Langkawi Municipal Council to upgrade facilities.
Bina Darulaman’s current landbank is at approximately 809.4 hectares and the company is open to either acquiring new land or form JVs with land owners to increase its hectarage.
Significance : The company’s strategy is to acquire the potential land with value and can be developed at an opportune time whenever the market is weak.
