Bela Padilla to direct new movie, "366"?

21 Jan – The upcoming movie "366", which will star Zanjoe Marudo, was revealed to be written and soon to be directed by Bela Padilla.

As reported on ABS-CBN, the actress has yet to confirmed rumours about the newest project, but she did mention about the number "366" back on 31 December of last year in an online post about the year that has passed.

"366. I have never been in awe of, and physically stopped by an amount of time like I have this year. But I am better because of it. Time to start fresh next year, so, let's all clear our hearts and our minds and be kinder people. The fact that you and I woke up today is something to be extremely grateful for," she wrote.

Marudo also confirmed that he will star in the movie, after sharing a photo of the script on Instagram Story which has the title and Padilla's name on the cover.

Aside from Marudo, sources claimed that JC Santos will also star in the movie.

It is noted that Padilla has written for movies before, including the Toni Gonzaga-Piolo Pascual 2017 hit, "Last Night". She also starred in the iWant romance flick, "Apple of My Eye", which she also co-wrote and co-produced.
