Ace Achieve Infocomm’s FY15 Net Profit Falls 37.7 Percent

Ace Achieve Infocomm’s revenue for FY15 slipped 1.1 percent to Rmb235.3 million, from Rmb237.8 million in FY14. The decline was attributable to lower income from ICT system integration and business support solutions businesses.

Gross profit margin fell 6.2 percentage points due to keen competition in the ICT system integration segment, resulting in a 20.2 percent fall in gross profit.

Slightly cushioned by an overall decrease in operating expenses, net profit fell 37.7 percent to Rmb13 million, from Rmb20.9 million in FY14.

Going forward, the group will adjust according to the macro economic trends in China and grapple with the transformation of 4G network operating environment, to further align its business structure and foster new business growth.
