Accor diversifies offerings across Asia via six key signings in 1Q2024

The signings involve projects in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Korea and the Philippines.

Hospitality group Accor’s Premium, Midscale & Economy (PM&E) division has signed six significant projects in 1Q2024 in key markets across Asia.

The first is for Pullman Living Bangkok Sukhumvit and Pullman Residences Bangkok Sukhumvit 16, comprising a 200-key hotel and 225 residential complex respectively. The project is expected to be operational in 2027.

Another project Accor has signed in Thailand is Novotel Living Bangkok Don Muang, a combination of 80-key hotel and 112-key serviced apartments. It is scheduled to open its doors to guests in 2026.

The next project is for Novotel Tangerang BSD City within Greater Jakarta, Indonesia. The newly-built hotel boasts 285 rooms.

The ibis Styles Ambassador Jeonju City Center will become Accor’s first hotel in Jeonju, South Korea. The 81-key hotel will undergo a soft refurbishment during 1H2024 and is expected to reopen later this year.

Pullman Mactan Cebu Hotel & Residences in the Philippines is set to become the world’s largest Pullman property. Scheduled to open in 2028, the project will boast 200 guest rooms and suites alongside 900 branded residences.

The last signing involves Mövenpick Vung Tau in Vietnam. The 433 guestrooms project is slated to be operational in 2027.
