2024’s best-selling new project Lentor Mansion offers family a lifestyle defined by luxury, convenience, and soul


Lentor Mansion is the fifth new condo launched in the Lentor estate, and its sales performance underscores the public’s confidence in the development of the Lentor neighbourhood.

With less than a quarter of the units at Lentor Mansion still up for sale, the window of opportunity is quickly shrinking for homeowners to capitalise on Singapore’s best-selling new development.

Jointly developed by mainboard-listed real estate group GuocoLand and Hong Leong Holdings, Lentor Mansion was launched for sale on the March 15–16 weekend — and buyers snapped up 400 units (75%) of the 533 units in the project.

During the sales launch of Lentor Mansion, several market watchers observed that demand for quality homes in the Lentor area continues to be strong, signalling that the catchment of homeowners with a desire to move into the developing private estate remains sustainable.

They also noted that GuocoLand’s reputation as a leading developer in the area added to the project’s credibility. The developer has been instrumental in building up the overall liveability of Lentor. Its integrated mixed-use project, Lentor Modern, is set to be a community focal point of the area, anchored by retail offerings such as a CS Fresh supermarket, ChildFirst Pre-school, and tenants including Omoté, Pinnacle Family Clinic, and QB Premium.

The Lentor neighbourhood is served by Lentor MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL), which enhances transport connectivity for all residents in the area. The TEL line connects to areas such as Orchard, Great World, Outram Park, Shenton Way, Gardens By The Bay, and from 2H2024, the East Coast area. Road connectivity in Lentor is heightened by access to Seletar Expressway (SLE) and the upcoming North-South Corridor.
