(Reuters) - British defence contractor Ultra Electronics Holdings Plc (ULE.L) said it would buy Kratos Defence and Security Solutions' (KTOS.O) electronics product unit for $265 million (173 million pounds) in cash.
Ultra Electronics said the acquisition would strengthen its position in the electronic warfare sector.
