Roxy-Pacific Holdings’ wholly-owned subsidiary, Roxy Jakarta Hotels have entered into an agreement to acquire a 49 percent interest in a land parcel located at Jalan Kramat Raya No. 110, Kecamatan Senen, Indonesia for a purchase consideration of Rp33.4b.
A joint venture company will be set up to develop and own a hotel on the land.
