PHILIPPINES PRESS-AirAsia seeks majority ownership of Zest Air - Standard Today

Malaysia's AirAsia Bhd has asked the Committee on Franchise of the Philippines' House of Representatives to approve its plan to increase its stake to majority in budget carrier Zest Air, which has been rebranded as AirAsia Zest, Manila Standard Today reported.
