Otto Marine delivers four new-build Vessels

Otto Marine Limited announced that it has completed the construction of 4 new-build vessels. These include 2 harbour tugs and 2 anchor handling tug supply vessels. The customer was PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental. Total contract value was US$ 36.6million. The vessels were constructed at Otto Marine’s PT Batamec shipyard in Indonesia. Going forward the shipyard will tap on the cabotage market in Indonesia. It will take selective shipbuilding orders to enhance its revenue base. The shipyard also provides fabrication, repairs and conversation services for customers as well as Otto Marine’s own fleet.

GET TO THE POINT : It is not possible for the marine industry to collapse overnight. But it is possible for those with the right assets and relationships to shine.
