Global Logistic Properties Leases Out 58,000 Square Metres In China

Global Logistic Properties (GLP) has signed new lease agreements totaling 58,000 square metres with four industry leaders in China.

All four customers cater to domestic consumption in the e-commerce, retail and automotive industries, of which three are multi-location customers including JD.com, RT-Mart and a leading global automotive manufacturer.

GLP continues to see increasing demand for modern logistics facilities driven by growing domestic consumption.

The leases highlight the value of GLP’s network of high-quality facilities, which enables customers to ramp up their distribution capabilities across China.
