India New Issue-Adani Capital accepts bids for bond issues, bankers say

MUMBAI, March 15 (Reuters) - India's Adani Capital has accepted bids worth 3 billion rupees ($36.21 million) for sale of bonds maturing in two years and 11 months, and another in three years, three bankers said on Friday. It will pay an annual coupon of 9.75% on each issue and had invited bids for the issue earlier in the day, they said. The issues have a put/call option at end of 17 months and 18 months, respectively.
