Virgin Galactic stock lifts off ahead of first commercial flight in June

- I also want to finish with another mover today. And that's Virgin Galactic. Shares closing up just about 13%. The space tourism company saying that it is planning for a four-member test flight to take place later this month and that they do expect to launch its first commercial flight in late June. Akiko, there's been so much hype around Virgin Galactic, when exactly the timetable is, what that's going to look like, what that demand potentially is going to look like, whether or not people are going to trust. But from an investor perspective, people are very, very encouraged by this headline out today.

- I'm going to take it away from the investors, Seana. Would you take that flight?

- No.

- The first commercial flight?

- No. You couldn't pay me to take that flight. No. I'm too scared. I wish I could say yes.

- Yeah. I feel like I would. This was kind of part of the conversation around Virgin Galactic for some time. I mean, why not go all in? But there have been some concern that Virgin Galactic has been sort of trailing some of its competitors. So at least when you think about where the timeline is now with that first commercial flight set in June, it's going to be interesting to see where that stock moves from there, depending on how that flight goes .
