Timelapse footage shows a downpour drenching Melbourne, Victoria, as the Bureau of Meteorology warned of severe storms, damaging winds, and large hail on December 2.

The Herald Sun said the city was “plunged into darkness,” with “hammering winds and rains battering the eastern suburbs.”
