Sydney Toddler Takes Messy Eating to Next Level With Bowl of Spaghetti

A 15-month-old toddler smeared pasta, sauce and meat all over his mouth and body as he enjoyed a dish of spaghetti at home in Sydney, New South Wales, on January 25.

Katie Isaac filmed a video that shows her son, James, sitting in a high chair, squeezing handfuls of spaghetti before stuffing it into his mouth.

“Is that yummy?” Isaac can be heard asking in the video.

Isaac told Storyful that James loves his food, especially pasta, and was going through “an ‘independent’ food phase” and only wanted to feed himself.

“(Feeding himself is) pretty challenging when you can’t use cutlery and your table manners are questionable!” Issac said. Credit: Katie Isaac via Storyful
