Snap in position to benefit if TikTok is banned in U.S.: Analyst

Talks of a potential TikTok ban have heated up after CEO Shou Chew testified on Capitol Hill last week. But if a ban were to happen - and not everyone is convinced it will - which tech platform stands to benefit most?

"We had pegged Snap (SNAP) as the biggest beneficiary out there," says CFRA Research Senior Equity Analyst Angelo Zino. "It's a name we think can kind of see significant improvement in DAUs and also see some potential incremental addition on the ad side of things."
