Rain Pours Down on San Antonio, Texas

Heavy rain and flooding hit San Antonio, Texas, on Wednesday, October 13.

The National Weather Service said scattered showers and thunderstorms would continue to push eastward through the morning hours on Thursday, while the threat of heavy rainfall and flash flooding will continue for south central Texas through the early and mid-morning hours.
