Chandigarh, Sep 26 (ANI): After expansion of Punjab Cabinet, Congress in-charge Harish Rawat on September 26 said that this exercise had been done to bring in young faces and strike a social and regional balance. “Those who could not be made ministers today will be accommodated in the Govt setup and the organization.
