Nothing will change unless Pak feels the heat: Pakistani author Tarek Fatah

Speaking about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's speech in which he said that he won't forget the Uri terror attack, Pakistani author and analyst Tarek Fatah on Sunday asserted that he don't think that Modi's speech would have any effect on the Pakistan Military government as they don't take anything seriously. Fatah further said that unless and until Pakistan feels the heat directly, there will be hardly any change in their attitude. He also pointed out that India must take stand on Indus water.
