Home prices fall for fourth-straight month in October

PRAS SUBRAMANIAN: Yeah, let's get you up to speed on home prices here. The National S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Home Price Index fell for the fourth month in a row in October. Month over month, the index fell half a percent, though it's still higher than a year ago. Miami, Tampa, Charlotte reporting the highest year over year gains among the 20 cities tracked. Higher mortgage rates have been weighing on housing. The 30-year rate in October was over 7%, though it has since retreated from that high.
