Heavy Rainfall Causes Flooding in Central Arizona

Flash flood warnings were issued in central Arizona on Friday, July 30, as severe thunderstorms hit the region.

This video, shared by Kenneth Seth Yarbrough from the town of Payson, located northeast of Phoenix, shows water rushing by.
