Heartbroken family of Gurnam Singh urge PM Modi to build hospital for BSF soldiers

Distraught family members of slain soldier Gurnam Singh, who succumbed to his injuries last night, mourned over his death and urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to build a hospital for the Border Security Force (BSF) soldiers who fight to protect the nation. Gurjeet Kaur, sister of Gurnam Singh, said that the entire nation is proud of her brother. She further called on the Centre to construct a hospital for BSF personnel in the name of the slain brother. Gurnam breathed his last at 11-30 pm on Saturday night after he was critically injured after sustaining a bullet to his head in cross border firing.
