Fire Burns in Santiago Amid Anniversary Protests

Police in Chile reported instances of looting and arson across the country on October 18 amid protests marking two years since the anti-government protests of 2019.

A mass protest movement against inequality in 2019 led to Chileans voting to rewrite the constitution.
