Emergency Crews Respond as Fatal Wildfires Impact Southern Turkey

Turkish emergency crews continued to battle several wildfires in the country’s south as the death toll increased to four, Anadolu Agency reported.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said 57 wildfires were under control by Friday, the agency reported. Officials said 71 wildfires had erupted in the country between July 28 and 30, local media reported.
