Colorado Deer Found With Christmas Lights Tangled Up in Antlers

A deer was found with Christmas lights tangled up in its antlers in Alamosa, Colorado.

Local journalist Chris Lopez, who said he filmed the video on November 28, called the situation “unfortunate.”

“Typically deer if located will get sedated and the Division of Wildlife will untangle lights from antlers and send the deer along its way,” Lopez told Storyful. “Colorado Division of Wildlife typically sends reminders to communities to be careful with how holiday displays are put up to avoid situations like this.” Credit: Chris Lopez via Storyful
