BRAD SMITH: Stocks right now-- they are trading higher as tech earnings spur the rally on, and the S&P 500 notching its third record high close of the year. We've seen that this week.

SEANA SMITH: All right, well, let's take a look at some of those trending tickers. First up, Amazon shares up just about 4/10 of a percent, moving to the upside after Telsey raised its price target on the stock. They are expecting a very strong earnings season here in just a couple of weeks. Now, the analyst boosting their price target to $185. That's up from $165. Why they like it? While they're expecting that stronger than expected holiday quarter, faster fulfillment, stabilization, and AWS also a greater focus on profits.

BRAD SMITH: That's the next album name for me, greater focus on profit. Shares of Plug Power as well here falling this morning as BMO expresses concerns that the company may have trouble securing funding from the Department of Energy. The analysts downgrading the stock to underperform, saying even with Plug's recent $1.6 billion DOE loan, they see a hard road ahead for further funding.

SEANA SMITH: All right, and Chipotle announcing new benefits to help attract its growing Gen Z workforce. It's looking to hire 19,000 employees-- additional employees ahead of this year's burrito season, which runs from March to May. Now this is a step up from the 15,000 that Chipotle announced last spring.
