The Mechanical Business Unit segment offers plastic injection molds for consumer electronics, household appliances, medical supplies, and automotive and computer peripherals; and precision plastic injection mold design and fabrication services. This segment also provides precision plastic injection moulding services comprising single-shot, double-shot, vertical, insert, and gas-assisted molding services; offers value-added services for plastic decorative purposes, such as laser etching, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, printing, polishing, and sub-assembly; and builds engineering tools for customers in the medical and automotive industry. The Electronics Business Unit segment distributes memory devices, radio frequency modules, power management integrated circuits, microcontrollers, transistors, MOSFETs, capacitors, inductors, resistors, crystal oscillators, and connectors, as well as offers industrial power solutions, and design-in and integration services. This segment serves original design manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers, and electronics manufacturers. It has operations in Singapore, the People's Republic of China, India, the United States, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and internationally. The company was formerly known as JLJ Holdings Limited and changed its name to Jubilee Industries Holdings Ltd. in April 2012. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Singapore. Jubilee Industries Holdings Ltd. is a subsidiary of Accrelist Ltd.
