New Toyo International Holdings Ltd, an investment holding company, produces and sells specialty packaging materials in Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Dubai. It operates through five segments: Specialty Papers, Printed Cartons and Labels, Trading, Tissue Paper, and Investment Holding. The company offers laminated aluminum foil papers, coated paper and metallized papers, and laminated metalized polyethylene teraphthalate boards for cigarette packaging, food, beverages, wine and liquor, tissue boxes, cosmetic packaging, and gift-wrapping applications; and paper cores and cones for textile and paper industries. It also provides gravure and lithography/offset printed materials for cigarette packs and fast-moving consumer products. In addition, the company engages in the procurement of tobacco packaging related materials; manufacture of corrugated recycled cartons and sheets for general packaging in fast-moving consumer goods and other consumer industries; manufacture and sale of tissue papers; trading of paper products, printed cartons and labels, machinery, and spares and equipment; and production and sale of electric motorcycles, electric scooters, and electric bicycles. Further, it invests in commercial properties, residential apartments, factories, and industrial and warehouse buildings. The company was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Singapore.
