I am down 30% and I thought I was buying btc miner stock cos of the voltality.

The only conviction for me to continue to hold is that this is a growth fintech stock that will revolutize how banking should be done in the 21st century and not the old big banks that control Wall Street and Main Street.

HoDL - if this can't go up in 1 year, I will quit investing

I bought more yesterday and again today. I'm done. I'm far to heavily loaded on LC but I feel very confident in my investment for the longer term. My earliest investments go all the way back to around $5. Now to sit back and watch what happens. Good luck to my fellow longs.

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 30, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- LendingClub Corporation (NYSE: LC), the parent company of LendingClub Bank, America's leading digital marketplace bank, today announced that its auto refinance loans are now available in 40 states, covering 94 percent of the U.S. population, and borrowers have saved an average of $4,000 over the life of the loan. The product was first launched in California in 2016.

LendingClub Corporation (NYSE: LC) is the parent company of LendingClub Bank, National Association, Member FDIC. LendingClub Bank is the leading digital marketplace bank in the U.S.
Auto loans represent the fourth-highest share of U.S. household debt, after mortgage debt, home equity line of credit, and student loan debt, with Americans owing more than $1 trillion on their auto loans. Nearly two-thirds of LendingClub's members currently hold an auto loan and it is usually their second highest monthly debt outside of housing costs. The average APR for borrowers on auto refinance loans through LendingClub Bank are nearly 5 percent lower than their previous loans. This translates into an average savings of more than $4,000 over the life of the loan.

Before scaling its auto refinance offerings, LendingClub focused its efforts on creating a best-in-class customer experience that has already set a new bar in the industry. The application process can now be completed in less than a few minutes and the time to complete a loan has been reduced to three days compared to several weeks for other lenders.

UPST and LC have both been literally crushed by 60% and 45% respectively.
At under $3B market cap for a company that has just turned to be profitable in so many years with equal revenue as its big brother UPST, LC seems to be given away figuratively (if not literally) dirt-cheap (and I mean dirt cheap).

As painful as it is holding on to lost gains (for those with lower share price), and paper losses (for those with higher prices than today's $29 and change), all I can say is take a look at what this company has accomplished since February of this year and show me one single other company out there that has turned a $135M/year money losing company to a $10M profitable company in a matter of 6 months.

5K volume each for 32 CALL and PUT option expiring Jan 22. What does that suggest?
  • b
LC appears significantly undervalued to peers. only 3 billion market cap

I noticed all tech stocks that are flying previously but haven made a profit is being bashed at least 50%.

Hence confident LC will make a comeback by next Q reporting when it post a dramatic turn around profit.

The comfort is that the RSI is below 30. Most selling has been done.
Only issue is that it must survive next week Fed mtg as it will be brutal.

    Press on!

    $SOFI conversation
For every seller, there's a buyer.
66,000,000 shares changed hands. Average volume circa 20,000,000. Smart money is buying at lower level. New Base is establishing. If you look back at $LC it had the same pattern, until after Bank Charter, showed tremendous profit margins.
Just be smarter, do not panic. Buy more on a way down. You will be rewarded.

I'm so confused. What does it mean when the numbers are that color?

Hopefully today will be the 4th rise or green day out of 16days - this is a depressing stock.

It has become my long term by accident ; trust me it is not for the faint hearted.

The only consolidation is that when I goes up- it never stop for a breath!
  • N
I really don't understand why this stock keeps going down despite its solid financials, solid business model and for no apparent reason.
  • b
If you look at LC 5-year chart, it's up only 15%. old investors selling now might miss the big picture as Fintech gaining traction
  • V
    Hold until the next earnings
  • C
I see LC heading towards $41 by next month based on technical chart the weak hands have been shaken off
