GOOD hasn't missed a dividend since 2005 at least plus the dividend has slowly increased since then. I see no reason why the trend won't continue for another 15 years.
Stock looks good but i thought office space was bad in this environment
97% occupancy rate is good
Good news/ Bad news. Good news is that the shares are pretty steady in in the current 21=22 range. Bad news is I want to by more at 20 but I am beginning to think it will take a major economic depression to get shares that low.
Share price rise this year $18 to $22.34 = 24.11%
If you added in 8 months of distributions ($1) it would be 29.67% .... not bad for a boring, safe investment.
I will take my 700+ a month n be happy…the captitol gains is a bonus …drip n once in retirement use as income
Have been watching, looking to add, just not sure where to enter, has been dropping lately.
Anyone know why the big after hours move up?!
Great stock, one of my fav's, no isues, just cant tell where its headed, just as I was looking to add it started dropping, good luck to all you longs.
seems to. e a decent REIT stock, slow and steady on the dividend tells me they focused on the share holders...when I look at DX in comparison, thier di dividend is all over the map..up down, wildly up.... widely down....thanks Gladstone for having your feet on the ground
Just looked up the dividend history. Astonishing to note that it has been paying 12-12,5 cents since 2006. I guess thats a good record and I also imagine that means that there will be no significant increase any time soon. Maybe a fraction of a cent if at all. OTOH with my average basis of 18 I am getting an 8+% yield. I don't know where you can get much better yield safely than that. My biggest regret is that I only bought 1000 shares at $17.11 last year when it dipped.

David Gladstone establishes entry position with purchase of 17000 shares of GOOD last week.
While this represents less than 0.1% of outstanding shares it should build some confidence.
In the past, Mr. Gladstone has usually made his open market purchases at good entry points.
I bought 2000 shares at average price of 18.525 for a flip. However now realize it is a great long term hold. I don't believe they have missed a single dividend ever or at least not for a very long time. Will collect my $3K/yr in an IRA for years to come.
GOOD is a dividend-generating machine for the long haul. I'm loving it and will even more if they raise the divi. Opinions?
A new 52 week high of $21.95 on 6-1 with a price target of $22.70 ..... the question is how quickly will GOOG reach that target?
Keep holding for the strong dividend and capital appreciation.
$GOOD Maintained div, slight increase IIRC;

GOOD, GAIN and GLAD all are subsidiaries I guess of the same company. Does anyone fully understand their relationship or are they totally separately fun by different management teams. I am totally happy with GOOD but it would be interesting to fully understand the company.
