i have owned ET and other versions of it for 10 years. It has been a negative investment. distribution cuts. never an increase, smoke and mirrors. you hope 1 day that they would do something for the shareholders.

Hey Hamster... I was just reading ETs most recent presentation...

Why does ET feel the need to title slide 6...

    "De-Risking ET".....

Whats the risk that they are attempting to mitigate🤣😂...

And one can only conclude that since they are in the process of de-risking... outsized risk exists by their own admission...

    YEEEEHAAA!!
ET needs to pay a $4M fine and clean up Marsh Creek in PA but it will receive the final permit to finish Mariner East 2 project. There is some remediation work but the final few weeks of construction will be open cut and completed quickly. This will finish this "never ending project" and allow ET to start the next phase of additional processing at Marcus Hook. It will take several years to re-coop the additional costs BUT the finish line is in sight.

Say goodbye to EVER developing ANYTHING in the North East ever again!!

From $1.6 BILLIONS of CAPEX of this year to $500 Millions for 2022 and 2023., allows to increase 50 % distributions ., without touching funds for DEBT reduction------plus counting on coming online those HUGE amount of small projects, with STRONG revenues increase...........and as KINDER MORGAN said....a ROBUST 2022 is on the way.Load as much as possible., Energy in an inflation scenario is a safe bet., by all sides search, with 90 % of DEBT on FIXED., low interests rates ---------WIN WIN situation.

Mariner pipeline permit approved for the re-route. ET will pay a $4m fine to the state and dredge 6" on the bottom of the pond. This is very positive. They may actually be able to now meet the Q1 completion.

Market cap is now $25bln plus. Yahoo needs to update for Friday's share issuance. Now we should move to $13 to $15 per unit just to trade at a slight discount to KMI, EPD and WMB. Leverage is now solidly investment grade. The preferreds all trade near or above par and debt yield is low at 4% for 30 year bonds. The company is well positioned for outstanding performance from a stock perspective. This will be commensurate with its balance sheet improvements and its operational results.

EPD 46bn mkt cap + 28bn debt enterprise value $77bn. 22 EBITDA 8.3bn, EPD valued at 8.9x fwd EBITDA. ET roughly 7 , If ET valued like EPD then $14-$16 per share. But that’s a big if……..

ENB and KMI both announced distribution increases and buybacks. I think you see a lot more of this in the midstream space. ET will suffer until they too can engage in higher capital returns to unitholders.
