The Dairies segment manufactures and distributes condensed and evaporated milk under the SuJOHAN brand. It also engages in the provision of IT and management services; property investment activities; and distribution of beverages and dairies products, as well as operates fast food restaurants and specialty coffee chains. The company was formerly known as Etika International Holdings Limited and changed its name to Envictus International Holdings Limited in July 2014. Envictus International Holdings Limited was founded in 1997 and is based in Singapore.
