They’re asking what??: $1M Toronto bungalow advertised with dishes in the sink

Real estate experts will often tell sellers to stage their homes, starting with the elimination of clutter and a deep clean to make the place more appealing to future owners.

That’s one way to go. Another would be to set up an online listing where all junk is chaotically strewn about.

The owner of 20 Graystone Gdns., located in Toronto’s far west end, went for the latter in spectacular style. The photos would reduce Marie Kondo to a heap of tears.

In the living room, paper and clutter cover the coffee table, end table and an ottoman. A book that was left out suggests the current tenant is interested in spirituality. Peach running shoes suggest...who knows what.

The kitchen counters and sink are full of dishes. A box of Kashi Go Lean and a bowl with a spoon indicate the person who lives here is a health conscious cereal fan.

In the basement, just about every surface is piled up with junk.

The listing suggests this house is an opportunity for builders and renovators, and boasts a quiet location and nearby transportation.

The house has an asking price of $999,000.
