Singapore's MOH confirms 41 cases of locally transmitted Zika virus
The Ministry of Health has confirmed 41 cases of locally-transmitted Zika virus infection in Singapore. All the cases are residents or workers in the Aljunied Crescent/ Sims Drive area, the ministry said in a statement on Sunday (August 28). The National Environment Agency has deployed more than 200 officers to inspect the area and conduct outreach to residents and other stakeholders in the vicinity.
