IN PICTURES: International swim stars in Singapore for FINA/airweave World Cup

Ahead of this weekend's (22-23 October) FINA/airweave Swimming World Cup 2016, a number of star swimmers turned up at the event's meet-and-greet session held on Thursday (20 October) at the Kallang Wave Mall.

In attendance were Chad le Clos from South Africa, Kanako Watanabe; Masato Sakai and Daiya Seto from Japan; Hilary Caldwell from Canada, Kyle Chalmers, Mitch Larkin and Emily Seebohm from Australia; and Josh Prenot from the US.

"It is a great feeling seeing so many fans here, and I hope I was able to inspire them, especially the young swimming fans. I am thrilled to be back here in Singapore again - It feels like my second home," said le Clos, who won silver medals in the 200m freestyle and 100m butterfly events at this year's Olympics.
