How house prices have changed around the world

House prices went up for most countries around the world, according to the International Monetary Fund, which has launched Global Housing Watch, a webpage featuring its analysis on housing markets across the world. On the page, the multilateral institution showed changes in house prices of 52 countries for the fourth quarter of last year or the latest annual percent change. Sources of the data include OECD, Global Property Guide, Haver and IMF calculations. House prices declined in 19 countries and rose in 33 countries. Here's how house prices changed for each country starting from the steepest drop to the largest increase.
