The Woodleigh Residences officially launches on May 11, with prices starting from $1,733 psf. This is a revision from its starting price of $1,909 psf, cited at its preview last October.

The Woodleigh Residences, slated for completion in 2022, comprises 667 units, spread across 11 blocks of 11 storeys each. The 99-year leasehold development is by Japanese developer Kajima Development and the Singapore Press Holdings group. It is connected directly to Woodleigh MRT Station and the underground bus interchange, and is built above The Woodleigh Mall.

The integrated development will also include a 64,583 sq ft Community Club and a 23,573 sq ft Neighbourhood Police Centre, in collaboration with the People’s Association and the Singapore Police Force, respectively.

Units at The Woodleigh Residences range from 570 sq ft two-bedders to 1,475 sq ft four-bedders. Kitchen appliances include those from De Dietrich, while sanitary wares include those from TOTO and Grohe.

The project is situated on a 273,847 sq ft site at the junction of Upper Serangoon Road and Upper Aljunied Road. It marks the first integrated development in the new Bidadari Estate.

The project is designed by renowned architectural firm DP Architects. More than three quarters of the units will enjoy views of the Bidadari Park and Alkaff Lake. The development is also by the Heritage Walk, which is lined by conserved raintrees.
